CHAPTER VALUES
The US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) was founded in 1984 as a national, non-profit business organization to showcase all Asian Americans and Asian American-related groups in business, sciences, the arts, sports, education, and community services.

USPAACC Northeast Region promotes, nurtures and propels economic growth by opening doors to contract, educational and professional opportunities for Asian Americans and their business partners in corporate America, the federal government, and the small and minority business community in the Northeast.
CONNECTING PEOPLE
We open doors to business and professional opportunities for Asian Americans, minority businesses, and their business partners in corporate America, government at the federal, state, and local levels, and the small and minority community.
DIVERSITY
Our members trace their heritage to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Mongolia
OPPORTUNITIES
Our goal is to work with each of our members to achieve successful contracting relationships and business growth in the mainstream marketplace in the U.S., Asia, and the Indian Sub-continent.
